I decided to become a Massage Therapist in 2012 when I was inspired by my Massage Therapist and Chiropractor who I was seeing weekly. I was dealing with chronic pain, headaches, and knots in my muscles due to racing Motocross for years. My journey is to heal the body naturally with massage therapy, organic products, stretching, meditation, grounding, trauma therapy and so much more. I make organic body products, heated neck wraps, organic chapstick, pain sprays, anxiety-calming essential oil roller balls, and more. Watching the outcome of my clients having little to no pain when seeing me weekly or bi-weekly has also become a journey and reward for me to dig deeper into healing the body organically.  

Alpha Massage & Essentials, was founded in 2012 by myself, Jackie Barrington. After receiving my License in Massage Therapy, I pursued a Degree in Nursing. Being a Massage Therapist has by far been one of the most rewarding aspects of my life. Healing the body naturally has become my life goal by bringing one's body back into Homeostasis without addictive medications. This can be achieved with organic product mixtures and by teaching you how to maintain your goals and health. I look forward to meeting you where you are in your healing journey.
